Tesseris Limnes Winemaker Notes

Tesseris Limnes (“Four Lakes” in Greek ) take their name from the four neighbouring lakes that contribute to the existence of a mild continental climate, that is unique to the area. The wine is clear, dense and light gold coloured. In the nose, the flower character of Gewurztraminer is pronounced, yet it mingles with lemon, anana and coriander and flavours of the Chardonnay. In the mouth, it is full and buttery, with a beautiful acidity that balances nicely the fruity flavour of the wine. A unique wine that is a superb match to charcoal-grilled fish.
